Being the only child of a mixed race and first generation entrepreneur of her family has been her driving force to educate and inspire change within the global beauty industry.

In 2008, Brandi J. Andrews received an extensive education from San Francisco Institute of Esthetic + Cosmetology (SFIEC), a Paul Mitchell School. She was the first student to complete both the cosmetology and esthetics curriculum within a year and graduate with honors.

Since 2018, Brandi has worked in the competitive high-end dermatology and cosmetic aesthetics field, leading sales and directing operations in Beverly Hills. She has also completed an externship program under Landon McCarroll DHSc, PA, studying melanin skin conditions and pigmentation disorders. She is currently completing her courses to become a Medical Assistant in early 2023.  This will make her a triple state licensed professional in the beauty industry.

Creator and visionary, Brandi Andrews, dreams of a space where all communities can feel “at home”, be able to shop products created just for them and work with experts to care for their skin. Which can be considered a new radical new experience for people of color.
